Audience Information

Admission

The Festival is a celebration of the Arts in Southend and for that reason anyone is welcome to come along and watch the competition. So, if you’d like to see some of the best performances in the area, then tickets are available to purchase at the door; for the whole day or any of the three-hour sessions. Information on the itinerary is available in the programme. For those attending the second Tuesday session (Ensembles) there is no admission fee.

Refreshments

At both venues you will find a reception area where refreshments will be available to buy.

No food or drink is allowed in either Performance Area

Toilets

Toilet facilities are available at both venues

Sheet Music/CDs

We have a large selection of second-hand sheet music, CDs and some books at the Church, which you are welcome to browse through – if you’d like to take any, all we ask is that you make a suitable donation

General Guidelines

We will ask you, in all areas, to remain as quiet as possible to not disturb the performers. Due to copyright and safeguarding reasons, there is no audio or video recording of any of the performers.
